Early access by invitation

Receptionist.co is currently in early access. New accounts are created by invitation while we work closely with our first customers to refine the product before broader availability. If you are reading this and do not yet have an invitation, you can join the waitlist at receptionist.co.

The invitation email

Once the Receptionist.co team has reviewed your waitlist signup and is ready to onboard you, you will receive an invitation email from hello@receptionist.co. The email contains a sign-in link that takes you directly to the onboarding flow.

Signing in for the first time

Receptionist.co uses passwordless login. There is no password to create or remember. Each time you sign in:

โ€ขYou enter your email address
โ€ขWe send an 8-digit verification code to that address
โ€ขYou enter the code and you are signed in

Sessions last 7 days before you need to sign in again. If you clear your browser cookies or sign in from a new device, you need a fresh code.

After your first sign-in

You are taken into the onboarding flow, which walks you through the minimum configuration needed to launch Aria:

โ€ขYour legal business name and contact details
โ€ขYour business hours (used to tell after-hours callers when you reopen)
โ€ขYour service list with brief descriptions (used when callers ask what you offer)
โ€ขYour Cal.com connection (used so Aria can check real-time availability and book)
โ€ขYour Aria phone number (we provision this automatically โ€” see the next article)
โ€ขAria's voice, tone, and opening greeting

We recommend completing the full onboarding before taking your first real call, but you can save progress and come back. Aria stays in a test mode until you explicitly flip the account live.
