Billing during early access

Last updated: April 2026 ยท Receptionist, Inc.

Where we are today

Receptionist.co is in early access. We are not yet charging subscription fees and there are no paid plans generally available. Early customers are onboarded directly by the Receptionist.co team and, in most cases, use the product without a billing relationship during the initial period.

Stripe is configured and ready as our billing infrastructure, but no recurring charges are being processed for early-access customers at this time.

What this means for you

โ€ขYour account does not have a recurring charge today
โ€ขYou will not see invoices in your dashboard billing area
โ€ขIf you asked about your "current plan" or "next invoice," the answer is that neither concept applies yet during early access
โ€ขWhen billing does go live for paid plans, you will receive advance notice before any charges begin

When will this change?

When Receptionist.co moves from early access to general availability, the billing area of your dashboard will become active and subscription charges will begin. We will give early-access customers clear advance notice โ€” at minimum 30 days โ€” before any charges are processed. The specific timing has not been announced.

Getting invoice-like records during early access

If you need documentation for your records during early access (for example, for expense reporting or for your accountant), email support@receptionist.co and we can provide a statement of your account status.

Questions about billing

All billing questions during early access should go to support@receptionist.co. There is no automated billing support yet because there is no billing activity to automate.
